High Speed Horizontal Portable Metal Cutting Band Saw Machine
The sawing wheel is divided into the upper sawing wheel and the lower sawing wheel; the lower sawing wheel is the driving wheel, the upper sawing wheel is the driven wheel, and the weight of the upper sawing wheel should be 2.5 ~ 5 times lighter than that of the lower sawing wheel.
① The thickness of the band saw blade shall be suitable for the matching band saw wheel. Avoid the use of large thickness saw blade for small wheel, which may cause fracture and injury.
② The saw teeth shall be sharp and the tooth depth shall not exceed 1 / 4 of the saw blade width.
③ The welding of the band saw blade shall be firm and smooth, with more than 3 joints. The length between the two joints shall be more than 1 / 5 of the total length, and the thickness of the joint shall be basically the same as that of the saw blade.
