The hydraulic transmission system consists of pumps, valves, oil cylinders, oil tanks, pipelines and other auxiliary components of the hydraulic circuit, in the electrical control to complete the saw beam lifting, workpiece clamping.
Through the speed control valve can implement the stepless speed control of the feed speed, to meet the needs of sawing workpiece of different materials.
The electrical control system consists of an electrical box, a control box, a junction box, a travel switch, an electromagnet, etc., which is used to control the rotation of the saw blade, the lifting of the saw beam, the clamping of the workpiece, etc., so that the normal cutting cycle can be realized according to certain working procedures.
The lubrication system must be lubricated according to the lubrication parts of the machine (wire brush shaft, worm gear box, active bearing seat, worm bearing, up and down shaft of lifting oil cylinder, screw clamping on sliding surface of movable vise) before starting.
The worm gear and worm in the worm gear box are lubricated by no. 30 oil bath and injected by the oil plug hole in the upper part of the worm gear box. The box fairy surface is equipped with oil label.
Oil should be changed after a month of trial, and oil should be changed every 3-6 months after that. Oil drain plug is set at the bottom of the worm gear box.
